Lowe’s came to Publicis and asked, “how might we re-engage our customers post-purchase?” After holding a design thinking workshop with their team we discovered that the best areas to target re-engagement was through installations, order history & tracking, and subscriptions.

A dashboard catered to professionals to help track their projects by creating invoices, break down spend, set budgets, sync to QuickBooks, subscribe to frequent purchases, and track their order by project.

Introducing Build Boxes! Build Boxes is a monthly subscription box for kids and adults to build a project together. Kids earn badges, gradually build a toolbox, and spend quality time learning and making something with their hands.
